Our website has been online for over a decade providing free information to people who may not be able to attend professional counselling. While such information is merely a stepping stone on the road of recovery, we hope it can provide individuals with at least a few ideas to help save their family or their sanity, and probably both.

My husband swears he had a ONS sexual encounter 44 years ago after 9 years of marriage. Now he has stage 4 lung cancer and told me about it. I feel it was to clear his conscience. He felt if he told me when it happened I would have divorced him, which was entirely possible. Even now I am having grief over it and a very difficult time. I lost 25 lbs. and am depressed. We are attending couples counseling but
Due to holidays it is infrequent. Can we work it out? I have a deep seething anger towards him. He claims it was alcohol and she flirted and he fed her alcohol to accomplish it.
